Good to know. Returns a new create_request_id — the regenerated report is a separate report and the original stays fetchable at its old id. Poll report_status with the new id on the usual cadence. Only finished (or failed) reports can be regenerated: if another report for the same buyer/seller pair is still generating, the call is rejected. Consumes a MIIA report credit — from the custom pool when a successful report for this account already exists, otherwise the moderate/deep pool.
